FUNDRAISERS & DONATIONS
The Booster Club provides Teams with the payment portal below to accept team-specific fundraising donations only.
Before proceeding, please note the following:
Payments made through the portal button below are NOT donations to the Booster Club and are NOT Membership Contributions. This is simply a payment portal service provided to assist our Teams in accepting credit card payments for team-specific fundraisers and donations. To join the Booster Club and become a member, please visit: https://churchillboosterclub.com/become-a-member.
Credit card payments through the portal button below will be transferred to the Team’s fundraising account minus a processing fee (up to 3%) charged by Stripe. If you are donating a large amount and prefer that your total donation goes to the Team, please contact our Treasurer at [email protected] to pay by check.
If applicable or as directed by the Team fundraiser, please provide any necessary information in the COMMENTS field to assist the Team fulfill your fundraising order or donation.
Please contact the Team for any order fulfillment after payment, if applicable. Do not contact the Booster Club or School Store. The Booster Club is not involved in the fundraiser. You will get a confirmation receipt by email from the Booster Club for tax purposes for your fundraising purchase/donation if you paid using this portal button. All questions should be directed to the relevant Team. Thank you!
Finally, this payment portal is NOT for Team Fees or Dues. Please contact your Team Parent to pay any Team Fees or Dues. Any payments made through these portal buttons will go directly to the Team’s Booster Club fundraising account, subject to statutory charitable contribution use restrictions.
